布拉加(Braga)----虔诚的宗教地

    葡萄牙有句谚语:“难的就像希腊哲学和汉语,老的就像布拉加的教堂。”从罗马帝国到现在,布拉加一直是主教所在地。这里让人有一种搏古通今、纵横历史的气魄和眼界,就连庄严的市政厅都带有很多宗教风格的建筑。
    耶稣圣殿被认为是葡萄牙最美丽壮观的宗教圣地之一,圣殿周围被美丽的花园包围。爬上17层阶梯,阶梯两旁布满了眩目多彩的各式园艺、雕像和喷泉。圣殿的庭院被周围的几个小教堂所包围,象征着《圣经》中的3个主题:生母升天、马达莲娜显灵和埃玛乌斯的相聚。每个小教堂之间分别用四个喷泉错落有致的隔开,四座喷泉分别代表圣马科斯、圣卢卡斯、圣若奥和圣马休斯四神。
    圣十  字教堂建于18世纪,属于典型的巴洛克式建筑。站在远处仰视教堂,外形自由,很追求动态,表面富丽的装饰和雕刻、强烈的色彩,穿插的曲面和椭圆形空间,让人联想到那个时代建筑师们丰富的想象、高超的创作手法和技艺。布拉加大教堂位于布拉加山上,是每年教徒朝圣和数以万计游客的圣地。它是这个城市宗教的象征,也是主教教区的总部。教堂始建于1070年,出自名家若奥·德·斯蒂略之手。作为布拉加人的历史文化遗产,集哥特式、文艺复兴式和巴洛克建筑风格于一身。
